Terms and Conditions

By booking our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our booking form.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the advance amount (if applicable).
• Prices are subject to change based on travel dates, fuel rates, and seasonal demand.

2. Payments & Cancellation

• Full payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Vehicle & Driver Policy

• Vehicles will be provided as per booking and subject to availability.
• Drivers will follow safe driving practices and adhere to traffic rules.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

7. Changes to Terms

• Sri Singaravelan Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
